At PSG, we are always inspired by bold and memorable flavours from across Asia. One of our favourites is the distinctive taste of Sichuan cuisine — known for its unique balance of heat and numbing spice.
With that inspiration in mind, we are excited to introduce our newest dish:
Sichuan Mala Roasted Duck Rice.
